Viken Hydrogen AS
Viken Hydrogen will become the leading developer of green hydrogen in our region. We will develop at least 100 MW of electrolysis capacity in the coming years to facilitate the decarbonisation of industry, heavy transport by road and maritime transport around the Oslofjord. Our core competence is to identify good locations and to develop, build, own and operate production facilities for green hydrogen. The company is owned by Akershus Energi, Greenstat, Østfold Energi, Nel and H2 Energy.
Viken Hydrogen will supply green hydrogen to industrial companies in the region that want to convert production by emission-free energy, the transport sector, emission-free construction sites and other areas of use both directly and through partnerships with other players in the hydrogen value chain. We have the ambition to carry out all our projects in industrial partnerships that strengthen our business model.
